EBMUD Private Sewer Lateral (PSL) Program Contractor List.
This program is a resource provided by EBMUD to help property owners find contractors qualified to perform the PSL inspections required for compliance with regional sewer standards. As part of this list, we have voluntarily certified that we follow the Regional PSL Program procedures, a responsibility we take very seriously to ensure the highest level of compliance and service.
